It maybe right that someone fear the PEDs are unhealthy and violate the spirit of the game: however, as long as the Drugs are safe enough and consistetnt with the spirit of the game, they should be permitted. First, people need PEDs to survive in the competitions such as Marathon. As Mounk states, " our decision about whether or not to ban a perticular substance thus doesn't depend on whether it win boost athlatic performances: it depend on how normal." So some PEDs such as pasta should be allowed. Second, the ban, to some extent, is not beneficial for the spirit of the game. Because" it's hard to enjoy any sports narrative if we don't know who is clean and who is not", whichis unfair, too. If we review the history, some PEDs were allowed for fairness. In a word, PEDs should be considered if they are healthy enough and coincident with the spirit.

Prototype of  Kamen's power machines was a significant innovation for most of the developing world. First of all, some developing region like Africa, the Middle East and the southeast Asia were in darkness at that time, while the advanced countries were in lightness, which was unfair.
